Join me and my friend and yoga teacher, Claudia Teicher, in the beautiful Hudson Valley for a spring yoga retreat designed to celebrate the many aspects of being female. Using Goddess archetypes as inspiration, we will move, breathe, meditate and play together and, above all else, enjoy the company and support of women intent on being all they can be.
